Our client, a successful and well-established business in a niche business sector is seeking a *** Customer Services Administrator *** to join their team.

 

Main Duties - To work within the customer services team, providing excellent customer service to our client's customers, ensuring consistently high standards are met.

 

Key Tasks

 

  • Process orders via electronic communication and telephone, ensuring they are entered or uploaded accurately onto SAP in a timely manner. 
  • To ensure that all subsequent order amendments, cancellations, or substitutions are handled promptly and efficiently. 
     
  • To ensure the correct pricing is applied, including checking that the minimum order value and carriage charges are appropriate.
  • Checking order inputs against original orders and then confirming to customers.
     
  • Responding to, and promptly acting upon all customer queries
     
  • Handling any customer complaints and ensuring that all problems are resolved promptly and in a satisfactory manner for both customer and company.
     
  • To carry out any other duties as may be required by the Company from time to time.

 

Skills and experience preferences

 

  • A motivated and organised individual, with a ‘can-do’ approach to work  
     
  • A good understanding of computer systems particularly Microsoft Office packages.  
     
  • The ability to work using your own initiative and within a team environment  
     
  • Good attention to detail, as a high level of accuracy is essential with strong numeracy skills  
     
  • An excellent communicator, with a clear and confident telephone manner  
     
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and work to deadlines
     
  • Good problem solver
     
  • Quick learner   
     
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
     
  • Full training will be given.
